Frequently Asked Questions
User Accounts
We encourage everyone to establish a user account. Once created, you can bookmark products or services you have viewed that you would like to retain for future use. Creating an account also allows you to save microgrid designs and bookmark case studies.
Simply hit the "bookmark" icon on a page or product and it will be saved to your user account.
You can save your microgrid designs by using the DCIDE design tool integrated within RE+Source PRO. After creating your design, look for the save option to store it in your account for future access.
Company Profiles
You can view a company's partners by visiting their company profile page. Look for the "Partners" or "Partnerships" section where they showcase their collaborative relationships and partner organizations.
Look for the checkmark inside of a blue gear to determine if the profile has been claimed.
Company profiles can only be updated by the person designated as the page owner. To determine this, search for your company profile and look for admin access options. If you don't have access, use the "I Work Here" button to request admin privileges or contact support@directenergypartners.com.
As a company admin, you can update team members by going to your account settings and accessing the "Team" or "Team Management" section. From there, you can add, remove, or modify team member information and permissions.
Go to your company's page and click the "QR" code icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
As a company admin, you can upload case studies through your profile management dashboard. Look for the "Case Studies" or "Content" section where you can add new case studies with descriptions, images, and relevant details about your projects.
No, but only the designated company page owner can edit the profile. If the page owner needs to be changed, reach out to support@directenergypartners.com.
Product and service providers who have claimed their profiles will be emailed RE+ Source PRO Insider newsletter on a regular basis. This brief information briefing will highlight any of the new features of the platform and how to use them.
You can view and respond to customer chats through your company profile's admin dashboard. Look for the "Messages" or "Chat" section where all customer inquiries and conversations are centralized for easy management and response.

Instantly see if the energy storage unit you have selected will work with the other equipment in your microgrid. The power of RE+ Source PRO is that all product spec sheets within the platform use an "interoperability data model" to translate power requirements so you can immediately know if your microgrid components are compatible or not. Your microgrid (reference) designs can be saved and shared with others.
