What is RE+ Source PRO?

RE+ Source PRO is the ultimate power systems products and services resource from RE+ Events. Designed by Direct Energy Partners, powered by SEIA and SEPA, and based on EMerge Alliance's interoperability data model, this platform connects you with a comprehensive network of leading manufacturers and service providers, and their cutting-edge solutions.

Why was it developed?

Power system design can be the most expensive and time intensive stage of implementing power solutions. Why?
  • Product specification sheets are not in a standardized format.
  • There is not a common platform for which product specs can be pulled into a design tool to determine if the components will operate together.
  • It is difficult to determine what product and service providers partner with other companies to provide partial and/or seamless solutions.
  • There's no centralized source to explore microgrid use cases, making it difficult to learn from existing projects or identify businesses with relevant implementation experience.
  • DC power systems are not widely used as often conversion to AC is considered an obstacle.

Design

RE+ Source PRO also connects directly to DEP’s DCIDE microgrid design software, allowing designers to pull products from the platform into reference designs. DCIDE’s basic tool is complimentary for RE+ Source PRO users, with optional subscriptions for advanced capabilities.
If you prefer another design environment, simply use the "Find Services" tab to connect with companies that offer design and engineering support.

Deploy

Once your design is ready to implement, DEP’s PPL (multivendor power platform) accelerates your time to power with plug-and-play automation—optimizing DC flows from day one to deliver immediate savings and sustainability.
